Position: ETL integration Specialist – Developer

Location: San Antonio, TX

Term: 6+ Month Contract

Our client, one of the largest telecom carriers in the world is seeking an ETL Integration Specialist/Developer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated person with a broad knowledge of data strategy, coding, data base development, hands-on data migration, and exceptional time management skills. As a Data Integrity Infrastructure Contractor, you will work as a team to implement data structures, migrate ETL packages, and build data models.

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Develop and manage strong relationships with Data Integrity Team members to help prioritize work effectively to meet strict delivery timelines

• Develop and implement data structures per requirements

• Ensure the accuracy and availability of the data implemented

• Implement new technologies, techniques, and tools to advance the capabilities of the Data Integrity Team

• Mentor other contractors or team members as needed to drive overall deliverables

Qualifications

Familiar with enterprise level reporting tools (e.g. SQL Server Reporting Services)

Experience building/maintaining data warehouses

Experience building/maintaining OLAP cubes

Advanced SQL Query Writing

Advanced experience with the Microsoft BI stack (2008 R2 through 2016)

Familiar with partitioning and managing large data sets

Strong communication skills and ability to influence others

Demonstrable problem-solving skills

• Data Architecture and Data Warehousing techniques (3+ years)

• Advanced SQL Server Integration Services (3+ years)

• Advanced SQL Server Analysis Services (3+ years)

• Advanced SQL Database Management (3+ years)

• Advanced SQL Query Writing (3+ years)

• Gathering/Documenting/Implementing Business Requirements (2+ years)
