Currently, Personal Email address (e.g. email address ends in outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com, …) is not supported to sign up for PowerApps. PowerApps doesn’t support email addresses provided by consumer email services or telecommunications providers currently. If you sign up for PowerApps using your own personal email address, you would receive the following error message:
You entered a personal email address: Please enter your work email address so we can securely store your company's data.
No Worries! There is a workaround. You can sign up for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program and use the email ID generated by this to sign up for the power platform developer plan.
